I just heard Game's Westside Story for the first time

I haven't really been a fan of Game, I just don't like his flow and voice, its just boring to me.  but I have seen countless threads about this song, and shit.  I've had it for awhile, but never listened to it.  my playlist is on shuffle and it just happened to land on this track.  well for 1, this beat is completely avg and simplistic.  People were talkin bout this shit like dre just unveiled a genius beat.  this shit is mediocre.

for 2, what the fuck is so great about this song?  nothing stands out about it.  its just another rap song.

Now I luv the westcoast rap scene, and I would love for it to be back on top.  but if this is the type of shit that is suppossed to bring the westcoast back, then fuck that.  I've heard hundreds of westcoast songs this year way better than this song.  Game is the hope of the comeback of the westcoast?  Thats fuckin sad.  there are so many better rappers that rap circles around game and make his shit sound like a fuckin dpg recordz release.

Most all yall Game fans are only fans because of  his affiliation.  there is people talking about how game is so much better than yukmouth, from all their beef bullshit.  now I could give a fuck about beef, but yuk fuckin destroys this guy when it comes to making dope music.  You guys think Game is gonna be the comeback of the westcoast.  thats totally wrong.  game ain't gonna shit for the westcoast.  His album is gonna sell a shitload thanks to the aftermath/shady/general rap consensus groupies, and thats it. 

anyways I'm just goin off, but I just expected so much more from the song, due to the huge reactions to it.  Hey I like the song in the club and some songs off G-unit, mainly cuz of the beats, but this shit is nothing.

I like it. The beat is kinda dry but it does bang. And this the first song where Game reps the West. Its just too bad he 0/2 with the hook. 50 singin sucks (and he screamin eastside). Usually Snoop come off nice when he sings but he put extras on it & ruined it.
