Here are a couple of links that kinda explain the whole RIAA and Soundscan rating scale. But basically its like this. Soundscan records the number of ALBUMS SHIPPED to retailers. RIAA records the actual number of units sold. So basically, RIAA ratings are the most accurate (spelling???)Anyway, RIAA.com has a database that represents units sold in America. That shits outdated homie. Look at how long ago it was certified. It says it was certified 4 Million in 05/31/94. Damn that was 8 years ago so fa sho Snoop sold at least 8 million.
