The New Bay’s own Balance is back! After releasing his latest of two mixtapes, “The Bay Area Mixtape King” a few months ago, the Oakland spitter is ready to release his debut solo album, which has now been renamed from “The Day Kali Died” to “Young ‘N’ Restless“, and is slated for a January 2006 release.
