With the advent of the Saint Louis sound, the Mid-west could easily become the hottest spot for churning out rap and hip-hop music. The Mid-west artists are setting the pace, starting trends, and selling hits.

The All Stars hit the scene running with their mix tape selling successfully on the East and West coast. They show no signs of slowing down with their debut album モThe Movementヤ. モThe Movementヤ articulates great lyrical content and hard hitting edgy beats. Their distinctive style and hardcore realism has captured the streets. With their ultimate goal of becoming superstars who cross cultural barriers, モThe Movementヤ has them well on their way.

Nimmy Russell (Montel Russell), Trust (DeAndre Graden), Vic Damone (Abdul Smith) and Top Dolla (Rashon Brighton) make up the All Stars. Each member brings a unique element that evokes passion and an undaunted spirit through their music. Thanks in large part to Just Black and Guccio, Chief Executive Officers of Black on Black/Quit Playing Entertainment; the All Stars are “the new voice of the streets”.

Although each member is just 21 years of age, they are building an impressive fan base. Together since 2000, they have been performing throughout the United States. The group has opened for many big named multi-platinum artists such as Nelly, TrillVille, Chingy, and J-Kwon. Their club banger “So Serious” created a major buzz and excitement at their recent performance in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Furthermore, the group is spinning in ten different markets and two different regions.

Especially impressive, the All-Stars take time out for community service. They have supported a number of charitable events such as the Hollis Thomas Foundation, Dream House (benefit at-risk children), Chingy for Change, the Leukemia Foundation, and a host of other toy and food drives. Their charitable contributions speak volumes about their dedication to the community.

Their recent video for モSo Seriousヤ features cameo appearances by nationally known DJメs, comedians, and artists. Furthermore their versatility is revealed through a weekly reality radio program in Saint Louis, Missouri.

They’re currently opening up for one of the Greatest artists in Hip Hop ever, DJ Quik, on his House Of Blues Tour. Look for them in a a city near you. Speaking of legendary acts, the St. Louis All Stars have recorded with the Port Arthur, Texas native and Underground King, Bun B on a song called “Da Streetz.” Here it is for you.
