Dirty South heavyweight Killer Mike is gearing up to release his anticipated album “I Pledge Allegiance To The Grind Part 2“, which will be in stores this coming Tuesday, July 8th. As usual, when it comes to a Killer Mike album, you can expect controversial content and politically charged music.
To leave listeners no doubt about his mindstate and his views on the current state of affairs in America, Killer Mike hooked up with the West Coast War Lord Ice Cube for a track called “Pressure“, where the two do what they do best – hardcore rap music.
The production on the track comes from the West Coast production duo Tha Bizness. A video to “Pressure” was recently released, featuring lots of footage of current events, perfectly capturing the theme of the song. It’s too bad that Ice Cube doesn’t appear in the video, but it doesn’t take away from the video in any way. Check out “Pressure” below, video and audio:
