We first heard from Oaklands own Renz Julian in April 2007 when he teamed up with DJ E-Rock to release the Legal Crack mixtape for free download on Dubcnn. Then last year we released his Pre-Album Mixtape Armageddon again for free download as well as promoting his single entitled Pop N’ Lock featuring Twista and produced By Mr. Collipark.
As we reported in April Renz had signed a distribution agreement to release the project on June 16th, 2009 via FOD Entertainment/City Hall Records, and the date has stuck – next week “Armageddon” will be in stores.
Having brought you the video for this street single Draft Day in the last update we now have two brand new tracks from the album, two remixes of records you may have heard last year. The first is the remix to his hit single Pop N’ Lock featuring Twista and produced By Mr. Collipark. This new remix sees E-40 join him and can be heard below.
