West Coast heavyweight DJ Ill Will has been an ever present on Dubcnn since his emergence and is constantly busy with mixtapes as well as working on online projects. The Dubcnn approved DJ looks set to make 2010 his year with yet again a flood of mixtape projects as well as looking to cement his place in music with his own label Tha Alumni Music Group.
As we reported last month with the release of the Ya Boy track Life Of A Rockstar, Ill Will is aiming to use this label to put together an album called “The Alumni“, which will feature many of the artists he’s affiliated with.
The label is also set to be home to new, talented artists and the first signee to the label is KiD Ink – and check the photo the name couldn’t be more apt; this kid is INKED – who is a 24 year old Rapper/Producer from Los Angeles, CA.
