The name G-Bam “Da Gangsta” may sound unfamiliar to a lot of Dubcnn readers, but know that the Compton representative has been in the game since the mid 80s. A skilled street rapper, slipped up and allowed the streets to take him down, but not under. Now he’s back to tell his story with each lyric that he spits. Since his return, Da Gangsta has recorded with some notable West Coast artists such as Ice Cube, DJ Quik, Glasses Malone and many others.
Da Gangsta will release his independent album later this summer. Dubcnn has the first single which is the West Coast anthem called “Kalifornia Life” featuring Glasses Malone. Look out for the accompanying video to drop soon…
