As reported back in February, everyone’s favorite underground/indie hip-hop festival Paid Dues is back again this year and the lineup is better than ever. Ice Cube, Murs, 9th Wonder, Tech N9ne, and Raekwon are just some of the performers. All who attend are surely in for a treat.
