Strong Arm Steady and Madlib‘s “In Search Of Stoney Jackson” collabo project, which was highly praised on Dubcnn a few months ago (and it still bangs to this day), is still available as a an early digital purchase on the Stones Throw website. It features guest appearances from Talib Kweli, Guilty Simpson, Evidence, Chace Infinite, Little Brotherﾒs Phonte, Planet Asia, Fashawn and a host of underground Los Angeles’s emerging rap talent.
Here’s a song that didn’t make the advanced cut, but will be featured on their upcoming iTunes podcast (not to be confused with the iTunes retail version dropping January 26th). This one is called “Jordache Look” and features Dubb Union’s Bad Lucc, of course with the smooth production from Madlib.
