Former Aftermath producer Focus… has been a Dubcnn regular over the last few years with various projects including the collaboration with Manhattan lyricist Fokis “20/20 EP” and its single Can’t You See, the acclaimed Homage To Dilla with Slum Village, Frank Nitti & illa J as well as the Homage To Pete Rock record Rapper Big Pooh, Sha Stimuli & Kurupt.
We also caught up with him last year for this Exclusive Interview With Focus… where he discussed “The Avant Garde Projec” as well as getting the scoop on his then recent split with Dr. Dre.
This year he’s been on Dubcnn due to his work with Inglewood rapper Kida with tracks including Watch Me and Lose Ya Mind as well as working with Queens born, Los Angeles raised MC, T. Hobbs on her Dedication single.
