Since re-establishing his Crown City Entertainment imprint XL Middleton has introduced us to his new roster of artists including Harold Blue [see Harold Blue Drops Sic Sense Prod “Which One” Video] as well others with the release of his Hedonistic Mixtape (Mixed by DJ-Age).
Today we are back to formally introduce an artist that has had some representation alongside XL over the past year, the soul man of Crown City himself Reality Jonez.
Some of you may already be familiar with his voice as he was featured on the Four Loko Theme [and in the video] alongside XL Middleton, as well as the Refill featuring XL Middleton and Harold Blue both taken from the aforementioned Hedonistic Mixtape showcasing Reality Jonezメ ability to hold his own.
With his recently release single and video “Stubborn” – the cover to which can be seen to the right – Reality Jonez steps out alone to give listeners a taste of soul that has seemingly been missing from todayメs musical landscape, a formula that weメve seen work for artists like Raphael Saadiq and of course R Kelly. We have the video to the new single “Stubborn” – which can be bought today on iTunes – which is directed by Brandon Mahlberg of Mahlberg Studios and you’ll soon see why Reality Jonez calls his take on music as “New Oldies” – enjoy!
Reality Jonez – Stubborn (Video)
If his upcoming album sounds anything like this single/ and video then we predict big things for Reality Jonez. Stay tuned to Dubcnn.com and Crown City Entertainment for more on Reality Jonez. In the meantime hit him up on Twitter.
