The good folks at JDW Management and California promotional company Gorillaz N Saspenderz – the same folks who’ve been behind recent projects from Prophet, Jessi Malay and 7Lions are behind another new project that releases today from up and coming Black and Italian Brookyln recording artist, producer and songwriter Blais.
Blais (pronounced “Blaze”) has been steadily building his buzz over the past year as he’s honed his abilities to create his debut release “Imagination With No TimeLine.”
The lead up to his debut LP has seen him share the stage with some of the biggest names in the industry including Pitbull, Paul Wall, Krazie Bone, Slim (112), Lil Flip, Mannie Fresh and Baby Bash.
“Imagination With No TimeLine” showcases his production skills as well as his lyrical capabilities and when asked about why he took to music he said; “I always knew that music was something that I really wanted to do. I had a lot to say I just needed ‘sound’. An artist has his brush, his canvas, and his paint: I’m armed with my paper, my pen, and my message.”
Blais is currently enjoying success with the single from “Imagination With No TimeLine” the Steve Soulja featured “Make My Heart Go Boom.” When asked about the LP he told us; “I think it brings a bit of every style of music and creates a different element to hip hop.
