Turning heads with the unexpected is this Queens born, Los Angeles raised MC, T. Hobbs. T. Hobbs is getting ready to release her “Expect The Unexpected” mixtape in August and is ready to show the world she has it all – intelligent lyrics with an authentic sound combined with a mindset to educate and uplift with a feel good edge.
The college educated MC wants to instill pride in her listeners and provide a voice to discuss issues deemed “uncomfortable” in society by making her music the soundtrack to peopleﾒs everyday lives.
T. Hobbs has been busy working for names familiar to many of our readers, having penned poetry for compilations by the likes of Terrace Martin [see; Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present Here, My Dear] and PR1ME on his In My Pr1me Mixtape.
Just recently she completed her single entitled “Dedication produced by Focus… from Atlanta – a track we have available for you below – that will feature on “Expect The Unexpected.”

With the single done T. Hobbs is looking to complete “Expect The Unexpected” during July working with producers including J-Hyphen, Drum Dreamer, TﾒMon, Doc Savage, 14kt, Mell & Dee and just recently record a track by producer Seige Monstracity of The Conglomerate that may feature on the finished tape. Dedication is set to be remixed this month with Focus… and Kida and right now the only other noted feature is R&B singer B-3zy.
