Fitness freaks

Just curious what some people take as that extra unnatural "food" (I don't know the actual english term).

I take:

- protein powder
- carb powder

Thats it, lately I'm searching around if anything else is good to take, of course, no steroids or bs like that.

You need a name brand or what ? We have some that are made from the fitness center I visit, so I doubt it's anywhere else.

Oh I see. I used to used cyto gainer / muscle milk they were pretty good alot of different flavors

all protein is the SAME!
it doesnt matter if its whey or whatever other protein it is. they do the same for your body, just different names.



and i took 1 cycle of creatine and it fucked me up, but since i am cutting weight no protein for me

my trainer told me to double the recommended dose and i did,
my stomach felt like there was a ball of fire in there

Hmm, that's wierd. I took it for a while and it was fine. But I stopped because it's quite expensive and it really didn't make any diference.

but yall know what works hella good; get like 10-15 raw almonds, throw them sons of bitches in a big ass glass of 2% fat milk and drink that after a hard workout
get ripped as fuck

1. fat ass cup of coffee (honey instead of sugar)
2. a cup of orange juice
3. big thing of cherios with fat free milk
4. a plum
5. glass of water
