HipHop only has a certain number of dope lyricists and the West Coast has only a certain percentage of them... and only a handful of truly classic lyricists - Kurupt is one of them, so even if he's been shit recently he still has more dope, classic verses than most other MCs on the West Coast

I think you hit the nail on the head with that statement, I am the biggest Kurupt supporter but his inconisistency since about '98 has bugged the hell out of me. That being said I don't think he is washed up like the thread starter stated he just needs to focus more on writing his lyrics down instead of freestyling, that is when you hear him start repeating the same words over and over
