WTF is Snoop Doing Touring In Cold Weather....

I can't believe it... I just found out that Snoop is touring in Canada (i know this has been posted) ... and he is coming to Wisconsin, my hometown... however he is going to Superior, Wisconsin... which isn't even a big town (if it's really that big to call it a town) ... Ive been to Superior twice... and well.. lets say its not a hip hop scene, its full of old folks who fish all the time... and well.... he drops by in december when the lake will be all iced over.... im confused by his choice of hick towns
