The problem with Kingmaker is beats i think. No song made me say "wow" or made me want to listen to it again. Also sound and production wise album is so messy. For example shut yo mouth might be the best song on the album but it doesnt sound like it belongs to this album.

Missionary has some bangers like "hard knocs", "mary jane", "thank you" ... production wise its not messy. Intro, tracks, outro everything starts and end in a smooth way. Yes i agree missionary is under expectations but doper than anything snoop and dre made in last 10 years. I listened to missionary many times, even instrumentals... but kingmaker i dont think i will replay any song from it in future.

I respect that.  For me, it has tons of replay value, Perfect Alibi reminds me of Dre Detox era beatwise - what I wanted at least.

This is a good album. Xzibit is spitting hard as ever. Good rap album.

That’s the issue the golden west coast era, we want that back; lyrically the album is good and he is great but the beats just don’t have that reply value to me. I wish him respect and all the people they like it good for them.

Replay value is super tough these days. Some cool songs, but still doesn't feel like an "LP"...Always happy for new music from the greats though.

Listened to it 2 times now, I like all the songs, realy love the beat sellection, there are no bad songs on this album, the only thing I don’t like is the autotune on the Dre track, but still a dope song and Dre killed the beat! Another classic from X! Hé still got it!
