Song was made quite a while back. It's been up for sale a couple of times.

Im not confident this is the classic vibe/sound i'm expecting or looming forward to if snoop is singing on the Sting track!
I don't mind snoop doing some melodic (psuedo singing rap) lines he's done in the past like on Doggy Style etc, but i'll wait until I hear the track before making my mind up

Are you expecting Doggystyle 2, 31 years later?

Message in a bottle remake is the sting track. Could be interesting

Sounds like some forced Bad Boy shit circa 97…but we will see

I don’t know what to expect…but i would LIKE some quality hip hop with a monster single or two.

It IS possible to deliver the classic sound but updated(check LL new album with Q-Tip)

To be honest, even as a Snoop fan I'm not sure what to expect from this album.

As Malcy mentioned, that Sting song leaked some time ago and doesn't sound like anything I ever expected a Snoop and Dre album to sound like. When Dre mentioned this album sounding "worldwide" he really means that. I can see this being a mixed bag with different styles and genres that cover Snoop's whole career.

Nope.
Trying to recreate doggystyle wont be possible, but having snoop singing isn't the positive sign i am looking for.
If it's a like here and there, then it would be fine, but if he is singing whole verses then not.
I know he sang on Leave me alone (from Tha Last Meal), but that wasn't a Snoop & Dre Project.

As Teecee said, a classic hip hop sound with a modern twist, some quality beats and well written lyrics is all im asking for. If it's too experimental, then I think the fans will feel a little disappointed.
I feel it could be like a Doggumentary vibe, which I liked but would be a let down for the expectations for a Snoop and Dre reunion album

Snoop's album Bush produced by Pharell, his album with Dam Funk, and his Snoop Lion album had him singing so it's not far fetched to hear him singing on a track or 2

Where is the leak of the song at? Or when did that even occur I’m sure I’ve missed a lot of Snoop material but Dre material kinds of makes noise and gets it way around every where … at least I thought ?

I mean I don’t think Dre is worried about singles and or anything big from this project he wanted to do this with Snoop for the first time not when Snoop wanted him like the Last Meal or Paid Tha Cost i remember Snoop wanting a deeper involvement… I know Dre mixed Last Meal and 3-4 songs and Scott Storch was his guy as well and he had the same amount of beats there as well…

No Limit Top Dogg and Tha Last Meal are the shit to me both songs and beats and producer wish lists on them … even the No Limit tracks on Too Dogg are hard as fuck

That’s the best it’s gonna get Paid Tha Cost and R&G to me as a adult play a lot better and the shit Pharrell did with R&G and the Jelly Roll leftovers are dope to me creatively that’s the best it’s gonna get and Snoops delivery his anger and frustration with Pimp Slappd and the bootleg It’s So Hard are truly why I bump that album in a playlist

I don’t think they got enough bangers to make the world notice they can do it but they need an anthem they known together for anthems … have to wait and see tho

yeah its hard to make the argument that Doggystyle isn't the GOAT album

its as perfect as you can get and Gz Up Hos Down which I'm lucky to have on my OG CD just makes it even more complete

now if only we had the OG Next Episode to close it out like its listed on the back

but Pump Pump more than does the job as the closer

Yeah that just shows how in the zone Dre and Snoop and Death Row was in at that moment that they still had OG “Next Episode” in the can — it’s the equivalent of the 96’ Bulls having Kukoc on the bench and not really even needing him at all to win it that year and break the wins record with 72

I think it's possible, Q-Tip did it with a LL, Pete Rock did it with Common, Dj Premier will do it with Nas, so I think this album will be quality. Best way is to receive it without expectations
