I don't know if it's true, the song from the trailer is apparently from Missionary, someone says it in the comments that it's The Negotiator

Snoop and Jelly Roll live Last Dance with Marry Jane
Guess this was from a Jelly Roll show and not Snoops upcoming Amazon show.

Nonetheless this track sounds fucking sick and can’t wait to hear the album version.  Wish it was longer with another verse from Snoop on it tho.

Jelly Roll, Snoop Dogg Spark Up a Blunt Onstage in Nashville

The pair also performed a new song set to be featured on Snoop's upcoming album Missionary

November 27, 2024

Jelly Roll brought out surprise guest Snoop Dogg during his Bridgestone Arena show in Nashville.

Snoop Dogg made a surprise appearance at Jelly Roll‘s Beautifully Broken Tour stop at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Tuesday night, joining the country star to debut a collaboration off Snoop’s upcoming album Missionary.

The song, “Last Dance With Mary Jane,” interpolates Tom Petty’s 1993 classic “Mary Jane’s Last Dance,” and unsurprisingly reflects Snoop’s longtime affinity for marijuana. Jelly takes a verse of his own on the song while also singing the chorus featured on Petty’s original version.

After finishing the performance, Snoop took out a blunt and lighter, and walked back over to Jelly to share with him. “Oh he’s lighting a fresh one,” Jelly said before he and Snoop both took a few puffs onstage.

Snoop performed several of his own songs before debuting the Jelly Roll collab too, including his classics “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” “Gin and Juice,” and “Next Episode.”

“Last Dance With Mary Jane” will release with the rest of Missionary on Dec. 13. Other artists featured on the Dr. Dre-produced project include Eminem, 50 Cent, and Jhené Aiko among others.

Agreed- another Snoop verse needed.  Maybe there is on the album?  Anyway, they definitely tryin for a big hit with this one…

Unfortunately I don’t think there is a second Snoop verse and this will be a reoccurring theme on the album.  The track lengths are listed on Apple and I think there is only 1-2 tracks that hit the 4 minute mark on the entire project.  Lots of 2-3 minute songs on there which is disappointing considering how good Snoop is going to be on it.

First track that sounds good, compared to the other 2 songs this chorus actually doesn't irritate me, could be a huge hit...

Snoop on a Fortnite event tomorrow...maybe another joint gets previewed, then.

Hed said he heard album front to back in sequence and it made sense, something to that effect

any chance for a last minute front cover change?
Don’t know why but when the album was first announced I first imagined the Joe cool Snoop in a robe with Dre preaching as a missionary converting the masses with their music.  I suppose similar to the welcome to tha chuuch cover like an updated one. Didn’t think they would go with the obvious simple sex angle.
