I think this is tight news. I mean, that shows respect for a westcoast vet... and Quik accepted the offer... and that shows he is feeling the young talent. When i had to choice a godfather for my first holy communion... I choice the person who I felt would be the wisiest choice, someone that understood religion... and would help me out. Game for his DJ used the same way of thinking in chosing his DJ. And Quik didn't have to do it, it could have just been like... this kid isn't up to my level yet... but I guess he sees a chance to work with a young westcoast kid... someone that can help turn the game around... and I guess he wants to help out with his career. Imagion doing shows... and afterwards having DJ Quik give you advice. I personally would think that would help anyone's career. That's just me though.

What?? quik's name has been out, everyone knows who he is. plus the game isnt gonna get quik's name out. quik already did a song with one of the biggest from the west coast a few years ago.

That's what I was thinkin too.

Anyways I think it's real cool Game & Quik would hook up like that. It's a good deal for the both of them. Knowing Quik is the tour DJ will make the older audience check for Game and the younger audience could in turn become interested in the veteran DJ of this new cat they got their eyes on. Plus, it could open doors for collabos & other business between their two camps.
