Snoop Doggy Dogg '92-'95 is my favorite rapper ever but overall I would pick 2Pac.

Hm, overall I would say 2Pac, cause Snoop kinda fell off since 1997/98. His faggot yelling is the main cause for this. But when I go with tha years from 1991 to 1996 I prolly would go with Snoop Dogg, da Gangsta Death Row Snoop Doggy Dogg from 1991 to 1995.

2Pac '95-'96 was unbelievable. Can't be touch by any rapper at any era. Me Against the World, All Eyez On Me, and Makaveli were just lyrical and production masterpeaces. Snoop '92-'94 was great, one of the greatest ever, The Chronic, Doggystyle, Muder Was The Case were all classics too, but can't touch 'Pac. 'Pac was just on fire, and like it or not, the greatest hot streak in history, he was hotter than Ice Cube '91-'93, Notorious B.I.G. '94-'95, Jay-Z '96-'98 or Rakim '87-'90. 'Pac without a doubt, and younger hungrier 'Pac ('91-'94) was better than fallen Snoop ('96-2002). So overall 'Pac.

2Pac, easily. Its not even close. Pac was more talented lyrically, had more charisma, more classic albums, more impact/influence, wider range in subject matter, etc etc.........

I can't agree about the charisma.
And concerning the influence.

Snoop had much influence with his Smooth style plus he helped to make the G Funk popular.
He improved HipHop with that.

As 4 Pac

He didn't have that much positive influence.
He his best time was too late.

And did HipHop improve since Pac's best time..?

hell naw it became worse and worse.
I'm not sayin this is Pac's fault but it's a fact so his influence couldn't be that great.
Otherwise HipHop would have improved.
