After a two year hiatus Omar Cruz was back on DubCNN with new music earlier this year!
The artist – FKA as BluntsLLA – first emerged on DubCNN dropping mixtapes to huge acclaim including City Of Gods, 2007 B.C (Before Cruz), The Cruzifixion and Blow (The Final Chapter).
In 2011 he dropped the DJ Flict produced Baby Bash featured Big Bottles as well as This Iz Gangsta featuring Latoiya Williams plus the acclaimed How To Rap” Interview.
In April of 2013 Omar Cruz returned with a video to the track “We On” featuring Crooked I & The Menace before confirming he was working on new project titled “The Book Of Omar” set for release via LAB Records. In that update we brought you the first single, featuring Annimeanz & Glasses Malone called “Active.”
Today Omar has returned to DubCNN to not only drop the album cover, a release date for the album (November 25th), but also drop another new track as a world premiere, stating;
“DubCNN [I had to give you] the World Premiere… Same place where it all started for me… I had to let DubCNN be the first to blast this… It all comes back full circle fam.”
The track is called “L.A.B.” and features G-Eyez aka Yung West who is also signed to LAB Records. Check the track out below and drop your comments!
