Snoop Dogg & WestFest TV Premieres Feature Film: Indiana Pill Runner

Snoop Dogg has premiered the feature film, Indiana Pill Runner, on his hugely popular YouTube channel, WestFestTV.

The dark comedy drama is Executive Produced by industry veterans, Kevin Barkey and Korey Budd. Directed and Written by Josh Smith with distribution by Fort Wayne Famous and WestFest TV. The movie features powerful performances by Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger; along with new comers Max Powers (aka “Hood Ryan Gosling,” as dubbed by Snoop Dogg), Kiki Luster, Camille Calvin, Vince Cunningham and more. To celebrate the nationwide film release, DJ SNOOPADELIC will be hosting a party in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Piere’s on 5733 S. Anthony Blvd on Saturday, July 11.

In the soon to be cult classic film, Dino Bravo (played by Max Powers), a complicated loner, is seeking revenge for the senseless murder of his pharmacist brother, Reener Bravo, who was killed in the midst of uncovering a prescription drug ring. As Dino follows the trail of complicated clues to find the killer, he encounters dangerous elements and characters, all with something to prove. As he gets deeper into the twisted web, he uncovers a slew of shady characters, including Tha Boss, played by Snoop Dogg, who threatens to throw a wrench in Dino’s plan of revenge for the killer. The movie is filled with twists and turns that ultimately leads Dino to possibly becoming the next big drug kingpin on the street. Executive Director, Kevin Barkey said;

I PAID ALL MY ACTORS BEFORE THEY EVEN WALKED ON SET N IT WAS ALL OF MY HOMEBOYS FROM WORK OR COLLEGE. I WANTED TO PUT TOGETHER A CREW EARLY LIKE ADAM SANDLER DID N THA 90S. I TOLD MAX POWERS HE WAS GONNA BE MORE FAMOUS THAN CARSON DALY.”

The movie was filmed at various locations throughout Los Angeles and has a running time of 65 minutes. Additional movie credits include Film School Productions AS Team Sunnyvale for visuals and RMM Marketing for street team and promotions.
