Latin Rap Conference 2005!!!

0

I got this E-Mail from Big Shysti today:

The First Annual Latin Rap Conference was a complete successナThanks to everyone who participated.

LRC 2005 is already in the making. It will be held at the Harrah’s Resort and Casino, in San Diego, CA February 1-3 in 2005.

We have big plans for taking our newly formed family to the next step of success. As you all know, we accomplished the hardest thing at the LRC 2004, coming together in a positive Forum. Now, we can move on and created an agenda for our goals.

As some of you already know, Rags and I quit the radio station we were working at (98.9 More FM) about a month after the conference. The PD also quit in support of our demands. Since then, the station has turned into another “Pop Clear Channel Wannabe” piece of shit.

Like we said in one of the seminars, we have to constantly take the risks necessary to advance our cause and sometimes, we have to face the conseuqences of taking those risks. It was a good ting all and all, however, because other acorss the Country have started to follow the format we created. That is progress.

I am writing to you all to inform you that the LRC 2005 is almost ready to go. The new site will be soon. For now, please visit the Here’s the Old site and hit up the message board with ideas and plans you have for LRC 2005. Remember that it is our conference…ALL OF OURS, and we can do whatever we want and accomplish as much as we want through the organization we formed in 2004.

To that end, please send us pics and videos of your experiences at the LRC 2004 for us to use on the site. We will give you credit on the site for your pics and/or video. We just want as much coverage as possible to remind everyone how it went down. It seems there were many different experiences, all positive, but all different.
