Ras Kass is set to put out a street album independently, set for a release on August 12th, while some sites say August 15th. After all the label problems, Ras will put out two street albums, starting with “Institutionalized”, which will be followed by a sequel, for now titled vol.2.
Production on the album will be handled by XL, Jim Bond, J Classic, Ish, D-Cyde, Da Riffs, Kookie, Rick Rock, Shaft, E Roc, Vyente and The Heatmakerz.
