Ground Up Entertainment Soul Singer Chauncey will be performing at the Encanto Street Fair in San Diego. He is filling the 10:00 to 11:00 spot on the Jazz/R&B stage. It will be a day full of great Entertainment. Its an all day event. Rose Royce will also be performing.
