“Mr. Play Your Position” Dow Jones and “The Carolina King” DJ Chuck T are slapping you in the face with their sophomore installment in their ground breaking “Southwest Connect” series. Southwest Connect Vol. 2 (Da Re Up): Back On Da Block is packed with new and exclusive music from some of today’s premier West Coast and Down South artists.
This is also DJ Chuck T’s first release after being inducted into G-Unit‘s DJ Whoo Kid‘s Shadyville DJ Coalition. The Mixtape Southern side features Boyz N Da Hood with new member Lil Wayne, the Screwed Up Clique remix to Chamillionaire‘s “Turn It Up,” as well as Veteran Tela, teaming up again with Eightball & MJG and Jazze Pha to rekindle the the Suave House days. On the West Coast side, Blunts L.L.A., Keak Da Sneak, Balance, Cavie, Young Dre and Self Scientific along with others contribute as they hold down the Pacific side of things!
