San Diego’s own Mitchy Slick has announced the production and release of two recently shot videos for two tracks from his new album “Urban Survival Syndrome.” Mitchy’s new single “Basschasers,” which is produced by DJ Muggs and “It Aint My Fault” which features Kobe were both shot by Todd Angkasuwan on location in Mitchy’s hometown of South East San Diego.
“Basschasers is a term we been using for years to describe women who run after the young fly cats with the beating systems,” explained Mitchy Slick.
The video for “Basschasers” centers around Car culture and the way that women react to guys with nice rides. Mitchy and his infamous Big Money Wrongkind family pulled out some of their finest cars, motorcycles, and women to give the video that classic Cali gangsta vibe. As if shooting one video wasn’t enough, Mitch also decided to shoot a video for his bubbling street single “It Aint My Fault” featuring Kobe. “It Aint My Fault” is a driving, rock influenced track that is produced by Aftermath staff producer DJ Khalil. The video captures the images that have set Mitchy Slick apart from other rappers in his region. In the video Mitch and his homies are flossin the latest gear, kicks and cars that prove all that Big Money talk is more than just words.
Both videos, “Basschasers” and “It Aint My Fault” will be serviced to national, local and internet outlets at the beginning of November. “Urban Survival Syndrome” is in stores now on Angeles Records.
