With the recent release of the latest N.W.A “Best Of” album from EMI/Priority Records hitting the streets we have combined with the label to provide an exclusive contest for our readers.
The new album “Best of N.W.A: The Strength of Street Knowledge” was released on December 26th and is a commemorative career-spanning collection, in CD and CD/DVD packages. The CD includes 17 of N.W.Aﾒs tracks re-mastered, while the deluxe edition CD/DVD contains more than two hours of N.W.A’s best tracks, music videos and unreleased interview footage.
With many of today’s artists citing N.W.A as factors in their influence and artistic development the CD includes both fan favourites and recognised classic material including; “Straight Outta Compton,” “F**k Tha Police,” “8-Ball,” “Express Yourself,” as well as “100 Miles And Runnin’,” “Boyz-N-The Hood,” “If It Ain’t Ruff” and even the most recent N.W.A record “Chin Check.” For the first time in N.W.A’s history the CD was also released with an array of ringtones encompassing 35 clips of their music.
