Over recent months we have been keeping readers informed on the work of DJ Ca$$ on an array of projects including Akadimik’s new album and the latest effort from Custom Made. Two of the tracks we premiered with those updates are Element’s This Is A Man’s World cut and Doin’ Whatta Gotta Do with Akadimik.
Since then DJ Ca$$ has announced that a compilation album is in the works and is urging promising, talented artists to get in touch with him via his MySpace page.
The compilation is set to be called “The DJ Ca$$ Compilation: Volume I” and is due out later this year. Below is a new and exclusive cut from the release by the artist Alpha Red entitled “Streetz Of L.A.”
