It’s that time again! Another weekend, another Weekend Audio update on dubcnn with the hottest records that slipped through the cracks throughout the week. This edition features a collaboration between Ill Bill and Raekwon The Chef, some new Ya Boy, Bosko on a track with Bloodraw and more.
I’d like to start it off with a new joint by one of the freshest West Coast MC’s to come out in a long time, Blu. His collabo album with producer Exile had a lot of heads in the industry turning, and his “C.R.A.C.” mixtape with Detroit’s Ta’Raach only helped establish him as a MC to keep an eye on.
He’s been feeding his fans new music through his MySpace page, and recently posted a track called “Departing Flights” which I urge all of you to check out. We’ve got it right here for you, click below:

Next up is a potential album track for Ya Boy‘s anticipated “Holla At Ya Boy” LP which has suffered several push backs through out the last year. The song I’m talking about that recently leaked out is called “Money Over Here” and finds Ya Boy collaborating with up and coming producer FOC, who’s also behind Glasses Malone’s current smash “Haterz” with Lil Wayne and Birdman. To find out what it sounds like, check out “Money Over Here” below:

Let’s get to a brand new heatrock from the La Coka Nostra camp. Non Phixion’s Ill Bill has been doing the damn thing, besides working on the La Coka Nostra album, he’s also wrapping up his solo CD/DVD called “The Hour Of Reprisal” which will be in stores August 26th. He hooked up with Wu-Tang own Raekwon The Chef on a track called “Coka Moshiach“, which Ill Bill produced himself. I know you Hip-Hop heads are gonna be feeling this one:

Now we get to the posse cut of the week. We’ve been reporting on the Bay Area’s Bash Bros for a while now and back in February we brought you their single “Rock The Spot” which then featured Little Brother‘s Big Pooh and Sean Price. They’ve put together an All-Star remix to the track, featuring Sean Price, Big Pooh, Rakaa (Dilated Peoples), Charlie 2Na, Reef, Verbal Kent, Motion Man and DJ Icewater. The next track we have for you is something new from Super Producer Bosko. Bosko’s known for his banging beats, but most of his fans love him for the talkbox effect, which not many, besides its creator Roger Troutman, can get down on like Bosko does. He just released his own remix to Usher‘s “Love In This Club“, on which he performs the whole track with the talk box effect. Don’t mistake the talk box for the autotune effect that T-Pain and many others use right now – big difference. He got CTE’s Bloodraw to assist him on the track:
Bosko – Love In This Club (Remix) (ft. Bloodraw)
Last but not least, we have the official single off rising MC Donny Goines‘ solo album “Minutes After Midnight“. The New York rapper has been grinding extra hard, flooding the sites and blogs with new music and information on a daily basis and the reviews he has been getting speak for themselves. His new single is produced by Dame Grease and it’s called “I Am Moving“. This is a smooth joint, perfect to relax and a proper introducting to Donny Goines. Check it out:
