Keys 2 the City is a groundbreaking collaboration between social media network (imeem), print magazine (URB), hip hop e-zine (hiphopdx), and blog (2dopeboyz). It is a series of mini documentaries that explore the bond between community and emcee by following them to the barbershops, BBQ joints, basketball courts, swap meets and schoolyards that produced the artists we admire today. Keys to the City will present a multimedia menu of music videos, mixtapes, albums, photos, playlists, DJ mixes, essays and mini documentaries (like this one in Oakland on Raphael Saadiq)
