August 2008 was the first time we dropped an update on B-Real joining Duck Down Records and planning the recording of his solo LP “Smoke N Mirrors.” Since then we have been keeping you updated on the release with news and media from the album.
Firstly in September we brought you the first single from “Smoke N Mirrors” called Don’t You Dare Laugh featuring production from Scoop DeVille and a verse from Young De. We then got our hands on another track that didnt make the final album cut called She’s On It again with Young De.
More recently in November we brought you the full tracklist and the albums release date of February 24th, 2009 courtesy of Audio Hustlaz/Duck Down Records. Then just last month we caught up with B-Real for an exclusive interview where he discussed the newly bestowed VH1 Hip Hop Honor for Cypress Hill and also the new LP “Smoke N Mirrors.” With that update we also provided the music video for Don’t You Dare Laugh.
Today we have a brand new track released from the album that features Damien Jr Gong Marley. “Fire” sees the two combine over a B-Real instrumental and neither dissapoint – as the title suggests this is Fire.
