After a few month hiatus Pr1me was back on Dubcnn last month with an update about the follow up to his acclaimed street album “The Transformation” which we released in untagged format. If you missed that ensure you check out The Transformation: Perception Is Deception – Untagged today.
In that update we reported on a new release from Pr1me that not only showcases himself but also a whole host of talent. “Stylafornia” is here today in its full format having been out for a few days on blogs and across forums in both free complete download and streamable audio formats.
“Stylafornia” marks the first anniversary of the release of the original version of The Transformation: Perception Is Deception and follows up hi Pornostyle Crew’s mixtape of the same name that was released some time ago. This time he not only delivers new music but takes time to invite come of California’s up and coming stars from Northern and southern California to join him on this soundtrack to the streets.
The project features Bishop Lamont, Glasses Malone, FrattHouse, Lifestyle, Jim Jones, Tash, Styliztik Jones, King Tee, The Jacka, Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry), Traxamillion, Butch Cassidy, Taje, Chevy Jones and more. The release is hosted by the Bay Area’s very own DJ Backside.
