It’s been some time since Hood of San Diego was on Dubcnn with some new music. The 24/7 Hustla is always working on music as well as being a business man – after all he’s the self proclaimed “rapper with no deal with a successful clothing line” – those who visit Million Dolla Motive know what he’s about.
Hood has been in touch to confirm he is about one record from completing his long aways debut album “The Movement” which is due later this year. The album is slated to feature artists including Crooked I, Glasses Malone, Sly Boogy, Mr. Porter, Jay Rock, Mitchy Slick and more.
With the album coming Hood has just completed the “The Pre-Movement” mixtape that we have for download for you today. Hood told us; “I’m not going to chase these labels. I’m going to put my face in the forefront and let them chase me. When the buzz is right they’ll find me. I guarantee when you see what I’m about to do I’m an A&R’s wet dream! I don’t wait for labels I go for mine. I’m the first rapper; no deal but got a clothing line! West Up!”
