The wait for Game‘s highly anticipated fourth solo record, “R.E.D.“, continues. A few days ago it was announced that it was yet again pushed back, with a tentative release towards the end of the summer. Meanwhile, Game has been busy promoting the record online and offline, hitting up magazines and radio stations on a daily basis.
The video to “It Must Be Me” with Pharrell should be dropping any day, while behind the scenes footage of yet another video hit the internet recently, for the radio friendly Justin Timberlake collaboration “Ain’t No Doubt About It“.
Today we have yet another Game single for ya’ll, “Pushin’ It“. This one finds Game collaborating with Robin Thicke and T.I.. When “Pushin’ It” was first heard on the “Evil Empire: Trending Topics 4” mixtape, many fans wondered where they had heard the beat and hook before.
Indeed, Ja Rule had a song that leaked over a year ago, with the same beat and hook, but without T.I.. The song was originally slated to appear on Ja’s “The Mirror” album, but wasn’t cleared for the album.
