Gangsta rap is in full effect right now! Dubcnn just got a hold of a new song by DJ Quik featuring his old comrad KK of 2nd II None. From the looks of it, this will be featured on his upcoming album "The Book of David", due out in October or November, as he says on the track.
The time frame of the album release isn’t the only thing he’s talking about on here. Quik is going in Compton style as he’s back in his its-time-to-clear-some-issues mood and he’s speaking his mind on a few personal things over 8 minutes long. From what we’ve heard so far, "The Book of David" is shaping up to be another piece of magic from the Quikster.
This came in with no source, so props to whoever let this one out the bag.
