Devon Gaither, aka Doc.ce, is a pioneer in the rap industry who has been the CEO of a Los Angeles, California-based company called Involved Records since 2008. Involved Records has the mind to help good artists who have never been discovered go somewhere. Growing up in Compton he developed a great respect for hip-hop, break dancing and old school music. The Crimies dropped a couple of successful underground hits in 1992 which led to Doc.ce making a series of solo albums throughout the years. Doc.ce and the Crimies are still a group to this day.
Doc.ce has had the chance to work with old and new school artists such as Barry White, Gap Band, George Clinton, and various other artists from the East to West coast. Doc.ce has been inspired by Ice Cube, Snoop Dog, Rakim, LL Cool J, Run DMC among others.
