Damizza Drops “M.C.S.B.” LP + Single With Knoc-Turn’Al

In June this year we alerted you to the news that Damizza was getting ready to release his long awaited book – that had been held up by Mariah Carey’s attorneys – as well as a new LP [see; EXCLUSIVE: Damizza Readies New LP & Long Awaited Book]

The book is now scheduled for a Chrismtas release and, as promised in the last update, Damizza will be giving Dubcnn readers the chance to read exclusive extracts before its official release so stay tuned.

Today we are back to follow up on the other part of the last update, his brand new album. In June Damizza dropped Dubcnn the exclusive first track from “MCSB” a street single that featured Bishop Lamont and Indef entitled Mortimer & Randolph produced by Los.

When asked about “MCSB” Miz exclusively told Dubcnn; “I really enjoyed working with Bishop & Indef on the street single; their creativity is endless. ‘MCSB’ will be a straight west-coast bangin’ album; back to the sound that made us famous. Hard beats and straight raw lyrics. This album is what I always wanted the ‘Damizza presents’ brand to be, and I finally achieved it with the help of some of the best musicians & artists on the coast. I hope the fans who have been so supportive over the years like the return to that OG Space Funk sound. Working with Los, T-Dre, ‘Jedi’ Jared Moore & my fellow producers, artists such as Butch Cassidy and Knoc-Turnメ Al, and a host of new writers and talent, was a real learning experience. I’m really proud of this project.”

We also told you the album was due in early August and sure enough we are here today to tell you the 11 track album is available now via iTunes and features A-Dubb, Los, T.C., Young De, Butch Cassidy, Fresh, Vinny Clamente, T Dre, Lil’ Skipps, Spirit, Big Tank, King David, Kayla, Bishop Lamont, Indef and Knoc-Turn’Al.
