After a year-long hiatus, rapper Hopsin is back with his new single and music video, “The Purge.”
Keeping with the title, Hopsin perfectly intertwines disturbing scenarios with humorous execution. The self-directed visual displays Hopsin as U.S. Presidents, Barack Obama and Abraham Lincoln. The video also features modern-post apocalyptic scenes and a peculiar appearance from the KuKluxKlan. Although he has been away from the music scene, Hopsin has not lost his ability to create the most compelling visuals to accompany his music.
