Kamikaze is an Oxnard, California native that has been rapping since the age of 11. However, he hadn’t actually begun recording his material until recent years. He had been heavily involved in the DJ scene and was known to his hometown as DJ Klimaxxx.
Rocking anything from House or Hip-Hop parties to raves and band concerts. However, in the summer of 2001 he faced another one of life’s tragedies and lost his baby’s mother and was driven to write and record a ballad entitled “Dear Desiree.”
He has since then never stopped writing and recording music. He has been heavily influenced by some of hip-hop’s legends such as the group N.W.A. and rappers Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, DJ Quik, Snoop Dogg, 2Pac and Big Pun as well as many Underground Latino recording artists such as Kid Frost, Proper Dos, Cali Lifestyle, Cypress Hill, Lighter Shade Of Brown and Lil Rob.
After learnning the power of the Mixtape, he has been recording his first Mixtape entitled “Tha Streetz Iz Talkin’ Mixtape” (Volume 1). Which includes many of his trials and tribulations in life, as well as some personal beefs in the streets. He hopes to some day work with many established West Coast artists as well as Hip-Hop’s living legend The Game.
