after one week of playing Halo3 i've come to the conclusion that indeed it's an amazing game but man it's not Gears of War.  2 completely different game, btw, but if i had to pick one it would be GOW all day everyday.....and i'm not saying that just because i'm ranked top 200 in Gears  because i'm already a level 40 in team slayer.

but i havent played halo 3 either
but i know its probably the best game on the shelves right now, because halo 2 was the best game i have ever played in my entire 17 years on this planet

now I have played gears of war and halo 1 and 2 not 3 yet but I agree 100% gears was awsome halo seems boring and shit gears is fucking gangsta!

Gears co-op is great (but so is halo's) and thats where gears stops being fun online. I just never once had fun playing that game in online multiplayer. Maps were too small, I like a little more than 4 people per team, and the host always had a big advantage over everyone. Annex was the only mode that I though was okay, but i'd rather play a straight up death match, which is where gears failed me.

Gears of Wars is better than Halo 3....its obvious.

however....Bioshock still is better than both of these games

How is it obvious that gears is better than halo? Its all a matter of taste, I couldn't wait to finish gears and get rid of it, where as some would be the other way around.

You cant even compare bioshock to halo 3 or gears. Halos focus is online, bioshocks focus is single player.

I have Gears for 360 and its fuckin SICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK, 1 of the most killer games out for the 360 right now, its a must have, i was hooked on it for awhile, doing the story mode and online all the fuckin time, but i cut down and i havnt touched it in like 4 months LMFAO, thats the thing with me, i get hooked on something str8 for awhile then im done with it for like a few months then if i play again 1 more time im hooked again lol, thats why im staying away from games LOL. The only other thing that stops me from being so addictive is if im stuck on something, then i get into a fury and just break a controller or 2 LOLLLLL!!!

Gears of War was/is one of the most over rated video games period. Story was great but was short and the online was wack.

All depends on who you're playing with. If you suck at halo you won't be seeing many good things happening for you lol.
