« on: February 11, 2003, 10:07:08 PM »
Soopafly supposed to drop March, and Goldie Loc in April according to the Snoop-booklet..

More like Soopa in June & Goldie Loc around XMas-time..
We haven't heard anything about Soopaflys album, not even a title.. :-/
And maybe Latoyia in 2005, if we're lucky..

If I've learned anything during the past few years, it's that you can't ever trust the initially announced release dates. Albums are always pushed back, some weeks, some months, some more... (50's album was the exception that proves the rule: it had every chance to drop on it's release date, they even pushed it up.

you know what Im finding out.... is that snoop does not know shit about marketing and building hype or striking when the iron is hot.   he also does not know how to pick tight beats.   if soopa droped in march he sell maybe 10,000 in his first week.  I bet his first single is produced by someone who has never had a hit record.  I got love for fred but he has never had a hit record.  his beats on paid the cost were cool but nothing to make him a big name, he had heat on space boogie but nothing club.  sean paul is selling right now just off club hits.  when you first get introduced to the public you need a club song, ask ras kass.   and where the fuck is the beautiful video, did he think he was going to sell records off from the chuuch for 4 months.  he don't have a clue about the game.  he thinks cuz he's snoop dogg he's hot.  At first I thought dre would not be missed but shiiiit when you listen the songs with him and dre that shit is pure heat.  he talking about people always talking bout the only tight songs are the dre ones, so fucking what. HEAT IS HEAT.  now the nigga that dont love dem ho's is making love songs.  I hope soopa comes soon so can hear some one that wants to rap, not someone who just does it (long beach to brick city).

Quit the Snoop hatin threads.

When did I start hating on Snoop??
Just because I mentioned that E-White ghostwrites for him??
Or because I say that he should get Bad Azz and Eastsidaz out instead of The Village People??
Or just because I don't glorify everything he does and says??
Not to mention every record he gives out..

This forum needs a serious check when it comes to Snoop, and that's said by a person who owns every Snoop-album... (YES, even Paid the cost)
Some people on this forum makes Snoop out to be the second coming of God.

Appareantly you don't know much about it either. The RECORD COMPANY usually decides about making a video or not.

im waiting for kokanes album, he has been on the doggystyle roster since the start and still has dropped an album, but he always appears on plenty of tracks on everyone elses albums.
