i dont think he ment it as saying like that.....i think he ment the westcoast wouldnt be the same without him....not that there wouldnt be westcoast without him....that my impression cause if he ment it as there wouldnt be no westcoast then i dont know what he is thinking

That's not the point. Point is how can sumbody whose first album dropped in '96 say there'd be no west coast without him ? But I like Xzibit's exaggerations, if he was serious about that he really wrote it on crack or sumthing though

Xzibit is holding down the Westcoast bar-none....he has never fled to the south, or stopped throwin' up dub's and representing Cali to the fullest.
The West ain't shit without Xzibit. ImO

He's holdin' it down for the Westcoast Mc's like:
Ras Kass
Crooked I
Defari
Tha Liks ect.....until they drop another joint...ain't no-one saying much besides X.

I dont know....golden state's song on Man vs Machine (Harder) is fuckin wack,the beat is trash and if the album will be like that..... :P god dammit!

Word I can feel that...It wasn't no "3 card Molly" but still banged "Bounce,Rock,Golden State" style...something to build on.
I have high hopes for a banger!! by them and a possible lead to a breakout year for Ras Kass in 2003, wit' "Golden Chyld" on the way.

How fucking short are all of ya'll bitch ass wiggas memories? I think Xzibit can rap the line "There'd be no westcoast without me", because 3 years ago Westcoast hip hop was only bumped in the west, and was selling much smaller units than now. And what, may i ask, was the song that got everyone talking and buying the west again? B Please. Xzibit may have only been featured on it, but please believe Xzibit was the reason why it sold so much (and not Dre & Snoops reunion) as after it came out were peeps talking about snoops latest album or Xzibits next?(especially after Whats The Difference which blew him up worldwide, Top Dogg didn't do big numbers worldwide compared to 2001)

My guess is he meant that he's one of the biggest artists out from the west.  Without him, the west is diminished considerably, in the public eye anyway.

This is somewhat off-topic, but I can name several westcoast rappers with more skill than Xzibit, (but that's not to say that Xzibit isn't very skilled).
