2005 was the first time we exposed you all to Scan and in 2006 we ensured everyone had heard material from his much talked about debut album; “The Passion.”
In August 2006 Scan’s label Ground Up Entertainment released a mixtape that we gave for free download called Ground Up Live. The mixtape included new music and freestyles from the label and its associates which included Scan, Young And The Restless, LeMarvin, Philip Ray and many others.
Then in 2007 we released the free download of Loud & Clear. Since then Scan has been silent on Dubcnn; until today.
We just got word that Scan is about to release a single that is sure to raise eyebrows with the title “F-ck The Westcoast.” The cover can be seen in the news image and you can see the back cover of his new mixtape “Reality Check” with DJ Fingaz here.
