The #1 Spot For Album Credits, The Vault has been updated with 86 new album credits, and it’s been a hectic month for new albums. The last months new hiphop albums: Big Noyd dropped The Stick Up Kid without too much fuss, Defari came up with some new Street Music with production from Alchemist, Evidence, E-Swift and more.

DMX didn’t retire, but put out Year Of The Dog Again with cameos from Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Styles P., Big Stan, and production from Swizz Beatz, Scott Storch, Tuneheadz, etc.
We got the early tracklist for Lloyd Banks‘ new album Rotten Apple, with Scarface, 9th Wonder, Eminem, 50 Cent, Mobb Deep and more on board, Method Man‘s new album 4:21… The Day After is ready to drop later this month, with production from Scott Storch, Havoc, Kwame, Erick Sermon, The RZA, and cameos from Wu-Tang, Redman, Styles P. and more.
By now, you’ve probably heard about Obie Trice dropping Second Round’s On Me to a poor first week on the Soundscan (74K), Outkast delivered Idlewild, with a nice guest list and a heavy set of musicians, Ras KassEat Or Die got pushed back to Sept 19th, and Rick Ross is experiencing a little taste of commercial success with Port Of Miami.

For the pop/r’n’b-fans, we got some other hiphop related releases as well; Christina Aguilera picked up DJ Premier, Kwame & Mark Ronson for her album Back To Basics, Bad Boy Ent. put out girl group Danity Kane, and copped some beats from Timbaland, Scott Storch & Mario Winans to their self-titled Danity Kane album, Kelis is no stranger to hiphop cameos, and chose Cool & Dre, Scott Storch & Will.I.Am for her new album Kelis Was Here, LeToya is back, and hollered at Just Blaze, J.R., Scott Storch, Jermaine Dupri & Jazze Pha for her self-titled album LeToya, and Paris Hilton made Scott Storch make most of her album Paris Is Burning.
