As we entered 2007 Renz Julian may not have been a name you had been looking out for or even heard of. This months he and DJ E-Rock of Sirius Radio/Sick Wid It aim to change all that with the release of the street album; “Legal Crack.”
The MTV Sucker Free featured DJ E-Rock and Oakland rapper Renz Julian have teamed up to release this street album to capitalise on the buzz following his first appearance on the Traxamillion produced, “Bay Bidness 3” featured single “Clap, Clap” alongside Clyde Carson.
Renz Julian created enough of a buzz from that single and subsequent “2 The League Mixtape,” hosted by DJ Cali of Metal Mouth Records, to ensure that when he got to work on “Legal Crack” he could turn to DJ E-Rock for support.
We have the tracklist for the new release below as well as two tracks from the project for download. The mixtape, being released in conjunction with FOD Entertainment, will be available on dubcnn for free download within the coming weeks. Renz Julian is a talented lyricist and storyteller, and certainly one to watch in 2007.
