K-Boy Is “For The Money” On “The Blue Light Special”

Since the top of 2012 K-Boy – who spent much of the last 12 months rehabilitating from four gunshot wounds suffered in the May of 2010 – has been a regular on Dubcnn once again.

Since late 2011 he has moved from under Glasses Malone‘s Blu Division/Division Music to form the We’On Music Group and in our recent updates he’s given you new music including the acclaimed By Any Means (Malcolm X) record alongside Kendrick Lamar [for which there is also amusic video], the Nvis and MeMe featured tracks Need Your Love [watch the video] and Lights On.

In late February he let fans know via Dubcnn that “The Blue Light Special” album has been delayed while he makes some adjustments to the final project but that he is teaming up with Ace and Conflict for a mixtape entitled “The Strip Club” which will be hosted/mixed by DJ Hed, DJ Mike Smoove, DJ Nez Nice, DJ Far & DJ Jay Byrd.

In that same update we dropped the first record from “The Strip Club” a solo cut produced by his in house producer Rick Hughes that is an anthem for Secret Sundayz the newest and hottest gentlemen’s club in Los Angeles. We followed that up with OverDose over an instrumental by in house producer Bre-z as Ace provides the hook.

Then earlier this month we were back with THREE new records to keep your appetite whet for the release of his upcoming mixtape! Shower featuring NV & Phat Boss produced by Kuddie Fresh,Fuckem with Belvy & Richard Wright over a Bre-Z beat and Lights On Remix (We Gone Be F*cking) featuring Conflict.

In the last couple of weeks he featured on the Taj Mahal record No Homies alongside Jadakissbefore confirmed “The Blue Light Special” would drop in June and releasing the Bre-Z producedReady.

Today he is releasing his high energy, club banger “For The Money” once again produced by Bre-Z – check it below!
