just watched all of season 1 + 2 (so far) and that last episode was pretty dope. he was pretty cold to just leave her lying there to choke on her own vomit. i'm guessing in season 3 we'll see him become a real kingpin and get jesse into rehab

He was acting out of both natural preservation and protection of Jessie. With her gone there goes a major threat of someone revealing his secret. I'm still not sure how they are going to make any kind of believable war between him and the drug lords, but I'll wait and see.

Yeah, Jane became a complete bitch once she got back doing drugs. If he would have helped her, Jane and Jesse would have clearly somehow fucked up and it would eventually go back to Walt. 


A war isn't likely, but I do see someone getting mad at the fact that their merchandise wasn't bought by the owner of that chicken restaurant.

the problem will be for them that there is a link from jesse's(?) home phone to walt's home phone. since she died in jesse's house, if the DEA/FBI/whoever go investigating that, Walt will probably find himself in jail

That's not enough of anything to pin Walt as a drug dealer.
